What does a Virtual Assistant/Transaction Coordinator do?
A transaction coordinator manages all the details when you close your real estate transaction. This includes monitoring the paperwork, tracking transaction status, and coordinating with your client, the broker, agent, attorney, lender, home inspector, appraiser, and contractors, to ensure that your transaction closes smoothly and on time. Administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) following up on deposits due, preparation/signing/distribution of documents, ordering escrow checks, resale certificates, and title work, submitting documents for your Broker’s office file, coordinate inspections & appraisals, estimates for repairs, obtain utility info, scheduling settlements and even post-closing matters.
